FLUID CONTROLS PVT. LTD. was founded in 1974 by Dr. Moochhala, a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University. The Company is headquartered in Mumbai, India and has two associate companies, Hyd-Air Valves Private Limited and Hyd-Air Engineering Works based in Western India. |

Our clients include large industrial houses, process, power generation and oil/gas industries. The Company also exports over one fourth of its production to clients in the USA, Europe, and South-East Asia. |

In addition, we have a battery of regional distributors located across India. Since its inception in 1974, the key goal of FLUID CONTROLS PVT. LTD. has been “continuing excellence”. The Company began its operations in Mumbai with the manufacture of pneumatic valves and fittings. Based on these early successes, FLUID CONTROLS PVT. LTD. commenced manufacturing the range of Double Ferrule Compression Tube Fittings (in Stainless Steel, Brass, CS & Monel) for processing in the oil and gas industries. Designed to meet the stringent standards of BS 4368: Part IV, 1984 and ASTM F1387-99 (2005), the Double Ferrule Fittings are, today, the standard for all oil and gas applications. The development of cryogenics in India has also prompted us to develop special fittings for cryogenics and high-vacuum applications. |

From its production facility based at Lonavla in Western India, the company manufactures a wide range of instrumentation Valves and Manifolds used in conjunction with fittings for specialised applications in instrumentation, oil and gas installations, steam & gas turbines, low temperature gas and liquid gas systems and fine gas. We also manufacture hook-up valves for refinery applications and air manifolds. Specialised instrumentation accessories, seal pots, condensate pots and syphons are also supplied by this division. |

From our production facility based at Goa in Western India, we offer a range of Pipe Clamps that provide stability to piping without any transmission vibration. These Pipe Clamps are to DIN standards and available in polypropylene, stainless steel aluminium. We also manufacture Flanges to SAE (ISO 6162) and CETOP (ISO 6164) specifications. Accessory items such pipe fittings, special fittings are also supplied from the Goa unit. |
